(Please note that all names and email addresses in this guide are fictitious and used only for demo purposes. No resemblance to actual individuals is intended or should be inferred.)
Ensure that you are the admin of the corporation. Only the admin can log in to the backend to add employees and review transaction details. Click "Register" to sign up for your corporate on StableWallet. Enter the admin email address, admin name, invitation code, and password to complete the registration. Please note that currently, Corporate Wallet only supports Polygon as the sole chain.
After registration, you will be directed to the corporate settings page. Enter your corporate‘s full name and abbreviation. The abbreviation will be displayed on the StableWallet app if you later create a corporate wallet as an employee. Click "Next" to proceed to the next step.
Open your StableWallet app and scan the QR code to activate the corporate you have just created. Ensure that your StableWallet app version is 1.2.0 or higher. Upon successful activation, you will see a "Task Completed!" prompt on your app. Click "Next" to proceed to the next step.

Access the backend of the corporate wallet. Under the "Employee Management" section, click "Add" to add employees to your corporate.
Enter the employee's name, email address, and select their line manager. If the employee is the top tier of the corporate and does not have a manager, you can choose 'None' in the manager field.

Remind the employee to check their email:
The employee needs to scan the QR code to create their corporate wallet. Ensure that the StableWallet app version is 1.2.0 or higher.
After scanning the code, the employee will see the corporate name and their manager. If the employee does not have a manager in the backend, the manager will default to the business owner on the corporate wallet creation page. Click "Confirm" to create the corporate wallet. Then go to the wallet tab to find the corporate wallet address. When switching to the corporate wallet, a "Corporate" tag will appear in the top right corner of the wallet tab.
After successfully creating the corporate wallet, the employee's status will be updated to "Activated”.
As the admin, you can manage all employees in your backend system.
When an employee initiates a transaction from their corporate wallet address, an approval request will be automatically sent to their manager's app. For transfer transactions, the request only requires the manager's approval. The manager can approve or reject the transaction in the StableWallet app under Settings → Messages. After being approved or rejected, the transaction will no longer appear under the "Need My Approval" tab in the manager's app.
As an employee, after making a transaction from the corporate wallet, you can view the approval status of each transaction under Settings → Messages. Under the "My Requests" tab, you will find all the transaction requests you made from the corporate wallet, and you can view the approval status of each transaction.
It's important to note that the gas fees for transactions will be deducted from the employee's corporate wallet. Therefore, ensure that the employee's corporate wallet contains enough POL to cover the gas fees.
As the admin, under the "Transaction Records" tab, you can view all transactions made from the corporate wallet and their approval status.
